It is unlikely that we will be able to accept every item of clothing that you bring in. Your clothing must be in good condition and have good value.
Any items that we do not wish to purchase can be left with us should you not want to take them home with you. We will donate these items to our eco-friendly partners to be recycled.
Yes we have free parking only a few steps away from our front door and our friendly staff. Our location provides easy-access and we’re more than happy to help you carry your clothes in.
That entirely depends on how much clothing you bring in to us! We operate quickly and efficiently and there is always a warm comfortable place to sit whilst you wait.
There is no need to book in advance. Simply visit our location at Unit 1, Cilmedw Way, Llangollen, LL20 8AG and ring the bell and a member of staff will be able to let you in.
Once you have been paid for your items the transaction is final. We are unable to return your clothing to you once you have agreed to us purchasing them from you.
